For the free spirit in you!! The fabric does not come like this - we made it....from plastic bags!! Completely lined with wind and water repellant poly cotton - it has a hood so is quite practical. The patch pockets blend in to the overall eclectic feeling of this jacket. This one will stop traffic - the most fantastic coat ever!!
