Darling shell hat, circa 1950s, in a warm golden brown Asian print with a brown velvet and silk flower trim at the right side. The back of the hat gathers together and there is a comb at the front to help it stay in a sculpted hair style. The inside is lined in a brownish burgundy acetate and trimmed with lace and ricrac. Label reads: none. Meant to balance atop the head and as such is pretty much one size fits all.

Excellent vintage condition. No real issues, the flower could perhaps due with some better steaming.
